How pure is Tynant?
Tynant is a completely natural mineral water abstracted directly from an aquifer consisting of metamorphic mudstones, siltstones and sandstones of Silurian age (approximately 450,000,000 years old.) How does water help your beauty regime?
Water is nature's original and best moisturiser. The benefits of drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water - preferably Natural Mineral Water, are in keeping skin and hair hydrated. If skin is dehydrated, it will be dull creased, tight and uncomfortable. Water helps to clear impurities from the system feeding the skin.
How will drinking water benefit my health?
Apart from moisturising the skin, it surrounds every joint and bone in the body, and is essential for brain health - an organ that is almost entirely made up of water and fat. A high fluid intake can reduce the risk of kidney stones, bladder cancer and urinary infections.
Why is Mineral water more beneficial than distilled or purified water?
According to European law, mineral waters must emerge from the ground in a state fit to drink, and must be bottled at source. As their name suggests, mineral waters can supply the body with minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Natural mineral waters have nothing added and nothing taken away. Natural Mineral Water is free from any synthetic disinfecting agents such as chlorine that will be present in mains waters. Minerals are better absorbed through drinking water than being absorbed from food.
Using a distiller, reverse osmosis or de-ionization results in water that has little or no minerals.
Why is drinking water essential?
Water is essential to life - it is needed - directly or indirectly - for every physical and chemical process that takes place in our bodies. It acts as a transport system and delivery service taking oxygen, nutrients and other essentials around the body and into and out of our cells. At the same time it acts as a removal service helping to clear the body of all of the waste and toxins that our body produces. It helps regulate our temperature and produce energy vital for the body's daily working and is involved in our immune systems and in lubrication our joints.
Will drinking water make me more sociable?

Why are shelf life and best before dates used?
Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water Regulations do not specify a requirement to display a best before date, however best before dates as well as production and batch numbers which allow products to be traced are required legally under the Food Labelling Regulation 1996, Regulations 21 and 22 and by the Food (Lot Marking Regulations 1996).
In addition the industry has set out its own guidelines. These are as follows:-
Maximum 2 years for glass (still & sparkling) and plastic (still)
Maximum 1 year for sparkling (plastic) The shorter shelf life reflects the tendency to lose its ‘sparkle after this time - although it is still safe to drink.
